I share my experience with delayed-onset PTSD (although, I do also have CPTSD). I just want this information to be out there for people who, like me, may not know what is happening at first.
I have had symptoms for 15 years, where the first 10y I was repressing PTSD (chronic hipervigilance + dissociation + muscle tension + etc), while the other 5y I was going through PTSD (all above but less chronic + flashbacks).
I am in the last stage of recovery
