Can I resist the urge to start building a simple multiplayer roguelike using gRPC/protobufs this weekend?

Find out tomorrow...

Nope. πŸ˜†

But hey, I'm learning something new. One of my areas of expertise is WCF and gRPC looks to be a great way to start thinking about migrating the huge WCF SOA I wrote for internal use at work to a microservice framework. I get to take advantage of all the cool features of ASP.NET Core like DI and fast, async request handling.

So I think I'll run up a simple little roguelike gRPC client/server.

Of course, no one will use it bEcAUse MIcrOsOft πŸ™„
