Just had my first #yoga class. Well that and walked home, hydrating like a thirsty dolphin, then lay in a hot bath.
Why did no one tell me this is like getting high but without the rubbish side effects? Though I expect to ache tomorrow.
I am TERRIBLE at it, too, mainly because I'm tensing and overthinking too much (just like my therapist pointed out to me very early on). So, challenge accepted!
