Rewriting my mechanics after a rethink of the game's direction and making a decision to move away from a purely historical Victorian punk world to something more esoteric (but not steampunk, as it's a terribly overused genre IMO).

The probabilities should still work out about the same but instead of xD10 + y opposed rolls, I'm going to try a dice pool system, reminiscent of the D6 system.
