Slept terribly, waking up to horrific anxiety all night. Woke to it STILL this morning. No obvious trigger, at least not one that I can directly link back to the trauma and events of 2015. It's bad enough that I broke out some Propanalol and dropped 40mg to help ease the physical symptoms. Fucking amigdyla. Roll on counselling.
