There's a lot of cross-over between religions such as Buddhism and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. I like the fact that the Third Wave CBT's are taking a holistic approach focusing on health and well-being rather than "this is all the shit that's broken with you, let's fix it".
I particularly like ACT's "it's okay to be fucking angry, as long as you live your life well", because my subconscious is a dick and internalised anger is often an issue with me.
