I'm at the part of The Happiness Trap that talks about Connecting and mindfulness in general.

I have a lot of experience with mindfulness. I also find it very helpful. I remember observing things (five things you can see, etc.) a lot, growing up, anchoring me in the present.

I'm just TERRIBLE at doing it. 😂

Must practice more.
