I'm going to spend a few minutes, each hour, thinking of the people I know (and have known) that have been affected by their own, or someone else's - and maybe send a few vibes out.

You're not alone; you can get help support.

It's not pointless; there is always a way forward (even if you can't see it yet).

Keep kicking the darkness; eventually you'll see light.
